- Address customer queries and concerns with professionalism.
- Coordination with Staff:
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Manage the flow of guests to optimize seating and service efficiency.
- Maintaining Cleanliness:
- Keep the hostess stand and waiting areas clean and organized.
- Monitor and manage the cleanliness of the entrance and reception area.
- Menu Presentation:
- Hand out menus to guests and guide them through the offerings.
- Promote daily specials and promotions.

- Assist in coordinating special events, parties, or celebrations.
