About the Role
Pravasi Souq is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Coordinator to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to handle customer inquiries professionally, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements
- Req experience in Customer Service, Customer Relationship, Sales Coordination, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam. Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, etc.).
- Ability to handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, and Support teams to ensure timely service.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, feedback, and service requests.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/database.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Support customer retention and satisfaction initiatives.
