Your Role:We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketer to join our growing Marketing team. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive audience engagement, brand visibility, and event attendance for our international events.What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising.
- Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms, websites, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Optimize website content and landing pages for search engines (SEO) and user experience.
- Manage and analyze social media performance, website traffic, and campaign results using analytics tools.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media.
- Identify and build relationships with media partners for event promotion.
- Collaborate with design, production, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment and consistency.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the B2B or events industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
