Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on ERPNext Functional Consultant who understands MSME operations and can translate business requirements into effective ERPNext solutions. The role requires strong functional expertise, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients
- Document functional requirements and identify gaps
- Implement and configure ERPNext modules
- Align ERP workflows with business processes
- Work on Inventory, Manufacturing (Multi-level BOM), and Project Management
- Optimize processes and suggest automation improvements
- Conduct client training and provide post-implementation support
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on ERPNext experience
- Frappe ERPNext Certified Consultant preferred.
- Strong understanding of MSME operations
- Experience in Inventory, Manufacturing, and Project Management
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to map business processes into ERP workflows
- Strong communication and client-handling skillsGood to Have
- Basic knowledge of Frappe framework
- Experience in manufacturing, retail, or distribution industries
- Knowledge of GST and accounting workflows
