Softline Mattress is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager to oversee and manage mattress manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of production planning, manpower management, quality control, and factory operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily production activities and ensure timely completion of production targets.
- Plan and monitor production schedules to maximize efficiency.
- Supervise production staff and shop floor operations.
- Ensure product quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
- Monitor raw material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Quality, and Dispatch departments.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and factory regulations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Handle manpower planning, training, and performance monitoring.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing/production management.
- Experience in mattress, foam, furniture, textile preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of production planning and inventory control.
- Ability to solve production-related issues efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Qualification
- Relevant manufacturing experience will be preferred.
