Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Asian dishes (e.g., Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Korean, etc.).
- Ensure authenticity in taste, presentation, and cooking techniques.
- Develop and update menu items based on seasonal ingredients and customer demand.
- Maintain food quality, portion control, and consistency.
- Monitor food stock and place orders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Work closely with restaurant management to meet business goals.
