The General Manager – Events will be responsible for leading the overall event operations of the company, ensuring successful planning, execution, profitability, client satisfaction, and team management across all projects.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow corporate, wedding, and experiential event portfolios.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brands, agencies, and partners.
- Lead negotiations, finalize proposals, and close high-value deals.
- Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Marketing & Brand Growth
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with digital, content, and PR teams for lead generation.
- Event Execution & Operations Oversight.
- Attend all key events and ensure flawless on-ground execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, logistics, vendors) for smooth delivery.
- Ensure events are executed as per approved budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Act as the primary escalation point for clients during events.
- Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and execution teams.
- Set KPIs and performance benchmarks for team members.
- Ensure alignment between sales commitments and execution capabilities.
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 6– 8 years in leadership role.
- Proven track record of handling large-scale events and key clients.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Events management: 1 year (Preferred)
- B2B sales: 1 year (Preferred)
