Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support for hotel operations, including front office, F&B, housekeeping, finance, and administration departments.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Manage and support Property Management Systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS) systems, and other hospitality software applications.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, Wi-Fi connectivity, internet services, and communication systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application-related issues promptly.
- Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions.
- Ensure regular system backups and maintain data security standards.
- Support CCTV systems, biometric attendance devices, access control systems, and telephony services.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment maintenance, software updates, and AMC services.
- Maintain IT inventory, asset records, and software licenses.
- Ensure minimal downtime of critical business systems and provide technical assistance during events and conferences.
- Assist in implementing IT security policies and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in IT support, preferably in the hospitality, hotel, or restaurant industry.
- Knowledge of PMS, POS, and hospitality-related software applications.
- Experience in network administration, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Office 365, Active Directory, and basic server management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and provide support during operational emergencies.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
