Procurement Executive – Water & Wastewater Projects
Sauber Environmental Solutions Pvt Ltd, a fast-growing Engineering & Infrastructure Company engaged in execution of Water Supply, Sewerage, STP, WTP, Intake Well & Pumping Station Projects, invites applications from experienced and result-oriented professionals for the following position:
Position: Procurement Executive
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 3–5 Years (Relevant Field Only)
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Civil or Mechanical Engineering (from reputed college)
Job Responsibilities:
- Procurement of materials & equipment for Water & Wastewater Projects.
- Handling purchase of DI/MS/HDPE pipes, valves, pumps, blowers, electrical panels, structural steel, civil materials etc.
- Technical evaluation of vendors and preparation of comparative statements.
- Rate negotiation and vendor finalization.
- Issuance of Purchase Orders and delivery follow-up.
- Coordination with Project, Design & Accounts departments.
- Cost control and procurement planning as per project schedule.
- Ensuring compliance with project specifications and IS standards.
Candidate Profile:
- 3–5 years’ hands-on experience in procurement for STP/WTP/Water Supply/Sewerage Projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of project BOQs, drawings and specifications.
- Experience with EPC / Infrastructure companies preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Candidates from non-relevant industries will not be considered.
