About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional who can generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals for our creative agency. The ideal candidate understands the advertising & digital marketing landscape and can confidently communicate value to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities (inbound & outbound)
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposals
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into long-term clients
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of total experience in business development / client servicing
- At least 2 years of experience in an Advertising or Digital Marketing Agency (Mandatory)
- Proven track record of lead generation and deal closure
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand branding, marketing, and digital solutions
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
Preferred Skills
- Experience selling services such as Branding, Web Design, Social Media, SEO, or Digital Advertising
- Existing industry network is a plus
- CRM handling and sales reporting experience
