Job Description:
- Capable of Structuring and managing the contracts, remediation, and compliance checks.
- Understand, Review, Draft and finalize contracts with customers.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Preparation and submission of Contractual communication and letters to Customers.
- To participate in Contract Review Meetings and clarify Execution & Logistics related issues if any.
- Monitoring the Customer Inspections & Dispatch clearance.
- Coordination with the Customer right from the Order receipt to dispatch in all activities.
- To ensure making the products ready for dispatch as per customer delivery and also to ensure timely dispatches & delivery to avoid any LDs.
- Follow up for bills process and collection of payment.
