Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Software Testing Intern to assist the Quality Assurance team in testing software applications. The intern will help ensure that applications function correctly, identify bugs, and support the team in improving product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in testing software applications to identify bugs and errors.
- Support the team in creating and executing test cases.
- Report and document issues found during testing.
- Work closely with the development team to verify bug fixes.
- Participate in functional, manual, and basic automation testing activities.
- Maintain test reports and testing documentation.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of software testing concepts.
- Understanding of manual testing and test case writing.
- Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing lifecycle (STLC).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of testing tools or programming languages is an added advantage.
