Key Responsibilities
- Graphic Creation: Design high-quality posters, social media banners, event flyers, and digital marketing materials.
- Video Editing: Cut, trim, and assemble raw video footage into highly engaging Reels, YouTube videos, and course promotional clips.
- Audio & Effects: Enhance video quality with clear audio syncing, sound effects, transitions, captions, and motion graphics.
- Branding Consistency: Maintain consistent brand colors, fonts, and style alignments across all visual outputs.
- Content Brainstorming: Collaborate with the marketing team to generate fresh layout ideas and trending video formats.
Required Technical Skills
- Design Software: Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.
- Video Editing Software: Hands-on familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Creative Eye: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, video pacing, and layout design.
- Social Media Trends: Awareness of current design and video trends across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
