Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring smooth setup and timely activation.
2. Assist clients during onboarding and early usage to ensure proper understanding and adoption of features.
3. Track client progress and flag any blockers or delays to the team.
4. Coordinate with tech, sales, and operations teams to resolve client issues.
5. Ensure clients complete the required setup steps and begin active usage of the system.
6. Handle routine client queries related to onboarding, features, and usage.
7. Maintain accurate client records, onboarding trackers, and documentation.
8. Assist in monitoring key metrics such as onboarding timelines, feature adoption, and usage.
9. Support rollout of feature updates by communicating changes to clients and helping with adoption.
10. Contribute to process improvements by sharing insights from client interactions.
Other requirements:
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, client support, client success, or related roles.
2. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients.
3. Basic understanding of onboarding workflows, customer support, or SaaS products.
4. Comfortable working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and internal tracking systems.
5. Prior experience in a SaaS, tech, or startup environment is a plus.
