Job Description: Sales Executive (Turnkey Projects) – Hyderabad
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 2–5 years (in turnkey/interior/fit-out projects)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Executive with experience in turnkey projects to drive business growth by generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing deals for end-to-end project solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads for turnkey/interior fit-out projects
- Meet clients, understand requirements, and present customized solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and execution teams for smooth project delivery
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- Experience in turnkey projects, interiors, construction, or related industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand technical drawings and project requirements
- Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset
Preferred:
- Local market knowledge of Hyderabad
- Existing client network in real estate/corporate/commercial sectors
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
