The Warehouse Helper is responsible for packaging skincare products, preparing orders for dispatch, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, assisting in inventory handling, and ensuring every shipment is packed accurately and safely according to Gleuhr standards.
Key Responsibilities
Packaging & Dispatch
- Pack products as per company packaging standards.
- Verify product quantity, batch number, and expiry before packing.
- Label, seal, and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Ensure products are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Coordinate with courier partners for timely dispatch.
Warehouse Operations
- Assist in receiving, unloading, and storing inventory.
- Arrange products systematically using FIFO/FEFO principles.
- Pick products accurately against dispatch orders.
- Support stock counting and inventory audits.
- Report damaged, expired, or missing products immediately.
Housekeeping & Safety
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Handle products carefully to avoid breakage or leakage.
- Follow all safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Keep packing materials and workstations organized.
Team Support
- Assist the warehouse team during high-volume dispatches.
- Perform loading and unloading activities as required.
- Support other warehouse operations assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
Required Skills
- Basic reading and counting skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physically fit to handle warehouse activities.
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Honest, disciplined, and reliable.
Preferred Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in warehouse, packaging, logistics, e-commerce, FMCG, or manufacturing.
