JOB TITLE: Robotics Lab Trainer

PURPOSES
- We are looking for a passionate and skilled Robotics Lab Trainer who can train school students in robotics, IoT, AI, and related technologies. The trainer will lead engaging practical sessions, guide student projects, and foster creativity and problem-solving among young innovators. The role also includes conducting research and developing new robotics models while training students from basic electronics to advanced levels with innovative ideas.
- Umaga Edutech Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing EdTech and research company focused on innovation in Robotics, IoT, AI, 3D Printing, AR/VR, and emerging technologies. Through BrainPi Innovation Labs, we empower school students with hands-on learning, design thinking, and innovation skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Conduct hands-on training sessions on Robotics, IoT, AI, and 3D Printing
● Guide students in building and programming robotics projects
● Maintain and manage lab equipment, tools, and kits
● Create lesson plans, project ideas, and activity-based learning modules
● Encourage innovation, teamwork, and design thinking among students
● Support in organizing exhibitions, competitions, and tech fests
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
● Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ECE, CSE, Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics, or relevant field)
● Strong knowledge of Arduino, ESP32, sensors, motors, and basic electronics
● Experience with programming (C/C++, Python preferred)
● Good communication and presentation skills
● Comfortable teaching school students
● Prior experience in training/teaching is a plus
REQUIREMENTS / ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
● Willingness to complete mandatory 15 days basic training
● Basic knowledge of:
- Electrical wiring and tools
- Basic electronic components
- Practical hardware handling
- ● Interest in teaching and working with school students● Good communication skills● Professional discipline and adaptability● Willingness for long-term field deployment
