- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- A Master's degree will be an added advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in admissions, counselling, customer service, or front office operations.
- Experience in the education sector will be preferred.
- May be required to work during admission campaigns, parent meetings, school events, and promotional activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling and customer relationship management skills.
