Job Description :-
Position - Counter Sales Executive (Tata Enterprise Showroom )
Experience - 0–1 Years (Fresher’s can apply)
Location – Wakad / Pimpri saudagar / Baner
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Maintain product displays and ensure proper merchandising
- Handle billing and cash transactions accurately
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the sales counter
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide quick resolutions
- Assist in stock replenishment and inventory checks
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass / Any Graduate
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of retail sales and customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems is an added advantage
