We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to join our growing dental laboratory team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, leadership ability, and experience in healthcare or medical-related marketing. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete marketing operations, handling marketing executives, controlling doctor relationships, and ensuring overall business growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle overall sales and marketing operations of the dental lab
- Lead and control marketing executives to achieve company targets
- Monitor and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets
- Manage client relationships with dentists and clinics effectively
- Follow up and control outstanding payment collections
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing clients
- Coordinate marketing activities, field visits, and business development plans
- Report market updates and performance status to management
- Ensure proper customer service and smooth communication with doctors and clients
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and team management ability
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
- Ability to travel for client meetings and field marketing
- Good knowledge of sales planning and customer relationship management
Preferred Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years experience in Sales & Marketing
- Candidates with experience in medical, dental, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or laboratory field will be given preference
- Medical Representatives (MR) with strong marketing experience are also encouraged to apply
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
