- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong knowledge of cloud architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud-based applications.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code and automation tools within cloud environments.
- Ability to evaluate and integrate various AWS services to meet complex application requirements.
