What You’ll Do
1. Launch, manage & optimize Google and Meta ad campaigns
2. Improve ROI through continuous testing and optimization
3. Manage day-to-day performance of Shopify stores
4. Analyze data, track KPIs & prepare weekly/monthly reports
5. Share clear insights and recommendations with clients
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns — independently, not just supporting someone else
- Proven track record of managing monthly ad budgets between ₹5 lakh to ₹10 lakh with measurable outcomes
- Strong command of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and campaign tracking tools
- Excellent English communication skills written and verbal. You'll be talking to clients directly, so this is non-negotiable
- Strong analytical thinking you know which metrics matter, how to read the data, and what action to take next
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Someone who takes ownership not someone waiting to be told what to do next
Work Location: Netaji Subhash Place,Delhi
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Work Timings: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
