We are looking for a Business Development & Growth Strategist who is excited by one challenge above all else helping a growing brand reach more people and create greater impact.
You'll work directly with the founder to identify new business opportunities, nurture potential clients, contribute to sales conversations, and play an active role in expanding Talk2Grow™'s presence in the learning and development space.
While business development will be your primary focus, you'll also gain exposure to client experience, project execution, and the inner workings of scaling a consulting business.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
Business Development & Growth (Primary Responsibility)
a)Identify and generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and outbound outreach.
b) Build and nurture a strong sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups and relationship management
c) Coordinate and participate in discovery meetings alongside the founder.
d) Prepare customised proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
e) Contribute ideas for partnerships and initiatives that generate qualified business opportunities.
f) Track sales metrics, conversion rates, and business development activities through the CRM.
Client Success & Operations (Secondary Responsibility)
a) Coordinate client onboarding after project confirmation.
b) Act as the primary coordination point between the client and the internal team
c) Ensure timely collection of assessments, feedback, and testimonials
d) Maintain documentation for completed projects to improve future delivery.

- In addition to your fixed compensation, you will have performance-based incentives tied to successful client conversions, allowing you to directly benefit from the brand’s growth.
- Annual CTC: ₹4.5 LPA to ₹4.75 LPA

Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in operations, business coordination and client management will be preferred. Experience with an L&D brand will be an added advantage (but not a compulsion)

c) Comfort with documentation and reporting
