We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce fulfillment warehouse. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end warehousing process - from receiving inventory to ensuring timely, accurate order dispatch - while maintaining a safe, efficient, and high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Fulfilment
- Oversee all inbound and outbound warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of e-commerce orders
- Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and dispatched on time to meet customer delivery
- Monitor and optimize workflows to improve throughput, reduce errors, and minimize costs
- Manage returns processing (reverse logistics) efficiently
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full stock audits
- Coordinate with the buying/planning team to manage stock levels and prevent over/understocking
Team Leadership
- Recruit, onboard, train, and manage a team of warehouse associates and supervisors
- Set daily targets, allocate tasks, and monitor team performance
- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
Requirements
Experience
- 2+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment
- Proven experience managing teams of 15+ people
- Hands-on experience with ERP software and excel
Skills
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for reporting
- Solid understanding of inventory control and fulfillment best practices
Pay: ₹14,236.53 - ₹30,000.00 per month
