- Conduct cold calling and outreach to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline
- Identify potential clients and convert leads into business opportunities
- Manage customer onboarding including documentation, demos, and initial setup
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Plan and execute promotional activities, campaigns, and field marketing
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and delivery
- Maintain CRM records and track sales performance
- Attend exhibitions, events, or site visits as required
