Compensation: ₹ 300 - 350 per hour
About Us
iTutormind Digital Education LLP is expanding its team of passionate educators. We are looking for highly qualified English teachers who specialize in English Language and English Literature and have experience teaching high school students following international curricula.
If you enjoy helping students develop strong reading, writing, grammar, analytical, and critical thinking skills, we'd love to hear from you.
Mandatory Eligibility (Please apply only if you meet ALL the below criteria):
✅ Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with specialization in English (Mandatory)
✅ Master of Arts (M.A.) with specialization in English (Mandatory)
✅ Minimum 1 year of teaching experience for Grades 9–12
✅ Available to work Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–4:00 PM IST (Fixed Schedule)
✅ Must NOT be employed full-time with any organization during these working hours
✅ Strong spoken and written English communication skills
✅ Personal laptop with reliable high-speed internet connection
Preferred Experience:
Candidates with experience teaching any of the following international curricula will be given preference:
- IGCSE
- Cambridge
- IB (International Baccalaureate)
- Common Core
- Other International Curricula
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging live online English classes for students in Grades 9–12.
- Teach English Language and English Literature according to curriculum requirements.
- Develop students' grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, comprehension, and analytical skills.
- Guide students in essay writing, literary analysis, and exam preparation.
- Prepare lesson plans and learning resources.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Adapt teaching strategies based on individual learning needs.
- Maintain a professional and engaging virtual classroom.
- Communicate with parents when required regarding student progress.
Required Skills:
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Strong knowledge of English Literature and English Language
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and engage high school students
- Strong classroom management skills
- Student-focused teaching approach
- Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms
