Roles & Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, field visits, and online platforms
- Research potential clients and market trends
- Build a strong sales pipeline
Client Acquisition
- Contact prospective customers and explain company products/services
- Arrange meetings and product presentations
- Convert leads into confirmed sales
Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions
- Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Market Research
- Monitor competitor activities
- Identify new market opportunities
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily sales reports
- Update CRM or sales tracking system
- Submit weekly/monthly performance reports
Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, accounts, logistics)
- Ensure smooth order processing and delivery
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented mindset
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email)
- Ability to travel (if field sales role)
