Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with business goals.

Build and scale talent acquisition, employer branding, and leadership hiring.

Drive organization design, performance management, succession planning, and capability development.

Build a high-performance culture focused on ownership, accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

Strengthen HR operations, policies, compliance, and HRMS for scalable growth.

Enhance employee engagement, retention, learning, and career development.
-
Deliver actionable HR analytics and workforce insights for leadership decision-making.

8–12 years of progressive HR experience with 2–3 years in a leadership role.

Experience in Startups, Marketplace, E-commerce, FinTech, NBFC, Consumer Electronics, or high-growth organizations.

Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Performance Management, Organization Development, and HR Operations.

Strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder management, business acumen, and execution capabilities.
First 90 Days

Assess the current HR landscape and implement key HR policies.

Build recruitment dashboards and finalize the HRMS roadmap.

Establish a performance management framework.
Within 12 Months

Achieve critical hiring targets.
