We're looking for enthusiastic Inside Sales Executives to join our growing team and work from home.
Your Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective business clients.
- Find the right decision makers.
- Make outbound calls and introduce our services.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Schedule online demonstrations and appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations.
- Learn and use AI tools to improve productivity.
- Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets.
Ideal Candidate
- Excellent spoken English and Hindi (additional regional languages are an advantage).
- Pleasant and confident telephone manner.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and professionals.
- Self-motivated and disciplined while working from home.
- Good internet connection and laptop/computer.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn new software and AI tools.
- Previous telesales, inside sales or customer support experience is preferred but not essential.
