Position: Sales Manager
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Sales Manager to manage sales operations, customer relationships and order processing. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized and willing to take ownership of day-to-day responsibilities.
Experience Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Sales Coordination or Customer Relationship Management
Candidates residing in or around Manimajra, Chandigarh will be preferred for convenience and reduced travel time.
Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA or equivalent)
MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries and convert leads into sales
Prepare quotations and process customer orders
Manage dealer and distributor relationships
Coordinate with dispatch and accounts teams for smooth order execution
Maintain accurate customer records and sales data in MARG ERP
Generate sales reports and follow up on pending enquiries
Ensure excellent customer service and timely communication
Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and contribute towards achieving business targets
Skills Required
Proficiency in MARG ERP (Mandatory)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer handling and negotiation abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office
Responsible, organized and self-motivated
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
