Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to build positive relationships across the organization. The HR Executive will play a key role in fostering a productive workplace culture while ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and ensure a smooth joining experience.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance and employee data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Address employee queries and foster a positive workplace environment.
- Organize employee engagement activities, events, and training programs.
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
- Coordinate exit formalities, including clearance and documentation.
- Work closely with department heads to fulfill hiring and workforce planning requirements.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR databases.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition (freshers with relevant internships may also be considered, if applicable).
- Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS/ATS tools is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Experience in hiring for creative, marketing, or tech roles is a plus.
