About the Role
We are looking for a Network Administrator to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot our organization's network infrastructure and IT systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with networking equipment, servers, operating systems, and security configurations to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Manage internet connectivity, bandwidth utilization, and network security.
- Configure and maintain firewall rules, VPNs, and security policies.
- Install, administer, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows servers.
- Perform server maintenance, updates, backups, and system monitoring.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Ensure network availability, reliability, and security.
- Coordinate with internet service providers and vendors when required.
- Maintain documentation of network architecture and system configurations.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge ofNetwork Administrationand troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience withFirewallsand network security.
- Knowledge ofAccess Points (APs)and wireless networking.
- Understanding ofInternet Configuration, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, and routing concepts.
- Experience withLinuxandWindowsoperating systems.
- Knowledge ofNetwork Switches, VLANs, and LAN/WAN environments.
- Experience managing and maintainingServers.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, RHCSA, Network+, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
- Previous experience in network and system administration preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
