Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality/Hotel Management preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the company hostel.
Ensure discipline, safety, security, and cleanliness of the hostel premises.
Supervise housekeeping, security, and mess staff.
Maintain resident records, room allotment, attendance, and visitor registers.
Coordinate hostel maintenance, repairs, and inventory management.
Resolve employee grievances related to hostel facilities.
Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and compliance with company policies.
Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and dining facilities.
Coordinate with HR, Administration, and Security departments for smooth hostel operations.
Handle emergency situations and maintain incident reports.
Ensure timely availability of food, water, electricity, and other basic amenities.
Prepare daily and monthly hostel reports for management. Duties commonly include maintaining safety, cleanliness, discipline, resident records, and facility administration
