About the Role
Saman Export Division is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales and Marketing Coordinator to spearhead our targeted international and domestic growth strategies. This is a work-from-home position designed for a professional based in or around Panchkula who thrives in an autonomous environment.
In this role, you will not just be managing accounts; you will be identifying high-value opportunities, executing high-yield targeted sales campaigns, and building strong, lasting B2B relationships to expand our global export footprint.
Key Responsibilities
- Targeted B2B Sales: Identify, research, and actively prospect high-potential international and domestic buyers. Execute strategic outreach campaigns tailored to specific market segments.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by qualifying leads, managing follow-ups, and converting prospects into active trading partners.
- Marketing Strategy Execution: Coordinate targeted digital marketing initiatives, email campaigns, and market research to position our export products effectively in global markets.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring smooth communication regarding product specifications, pricing, and shipping timelines.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze sales metrics and market trends to continuously refine and optimize outreach strategies.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education:
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, or export marketing. Experience dealing with international clients or the export-import workflow is a major plus.
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with modern digital sales tools, and targeted outreach methods.
- High level of self-discipline, organization, and the ability to work independently from home.
