We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Analyst / Business Development Analyst with a proven track record in securing projects through online bidding platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying project opportunities, understanding client requirements, writing high-quality proposals, and bringing in new business. If you have a sharp technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and know how to close deals on platforms like Upwork and Guru, we want you on our team! Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Bidding: Actively identify, filter, and bid on relevant IT/software development projects on portals like Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, and Fiverr. Requirement Analysis: Analyze client requirements, technical specifications, and project scopes to determine feasibility and alignment with company capabilities. Proposal Writing: Craft highly customized, professional, and compelling project proposals and cover letters that stand out. Client Communication: Initiate contact, handle initial client discovery calls/chats, answer technical queries, and maintain healthy relationships until the project is successfully closed. Estimation & Coordination: Coordinate with the technical delivery/development team to get accurate time and cost estimations for complex projects. Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and track conversions systematically. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: 1+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or Business Development Executive specifically handling online bidding portals
Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (a must for international client interaction). Strong negotiation, client-handling, and closing skills. Basic understanding of software development lifecycles, web/mobile technologies, and IT terminology. Attributes: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
