ABOUT US:
A Tally Billing Executive is responsible for preparing invoices, maintaining billing records, and handling basic accounting tasks using Tally ERP / Tally Prime. The role supports the finance/accounts department and ensures accurate billing and payment tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and generate customer invoices in Tally.
- Record sales, purchase, receipt, and payment entries in Tally.
- Maintain billing records and ledgers.
- Track customer payments and outstanding invoices.
- Perform customer/vendor account reconciliation.
- Generate GST invoices and maintain tax compliance.
- Prepare credit notes and debit notes when required.
- Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and accounts teams for billing verification.
- Prepare weekly or monthly billing reports for management.
- Assist in audit and documentation work.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
- Basic understanding of GST and accounting
- MS Excel knowledge
- Data entry accuracy
- Communication & coordination skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
