Job Description
We're looking for an experienced and decisive Security Manager to lead all security operations at our organization in Jaipur, India. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and wellbeing of all employees, visitors, and organizational assets. You will develop and implement comprehensive security strategies while maintaining a professional, welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to excellence. This position offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated security team, manage complex risk scenarios, and serve as a key liaison with local law enforcement and regulatory authorities in India.
Security Operations & Leadership
Oversee all daily security operations across office facilities, restricted areas, and organizational grounds
Maintain a visible, professional security presence aligned with organizational standards and best practices
Manage access control systems, surveillance infrastructure, patrols, and incident response protocols
Lead, supervise, and mentor the security team, ensuring high performance, accountability, and continuous professional development
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Risk Management & Emergency Response
Develop, implement, and regularly update comprehensive emergency response plans (fire, medical, evacuation, natural disasters)
Conduct thorough risk assessments across all organizational facilities and operations
Lead emergency drills and preparedness training initiatives across all departments
Respond to security incidents with calm authority, sound judgment, and structured documentation
Analyze security trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance organizational safety
Compliance & Regulatory Liaison (India-Specific)
Ensure full compliance with Indian security regulations, licensing requirements, and local law enforcement standards
Act as the primary liaison with local police, municipal authorities, and relevant government agencies
Maintain accurate security documentation, incident logs, and audit-ready records in accordance with regulatory requirements
Support internal and external audits related to safety, security, and organizational compliance
Stay current with evolving security regulations and implement necessary policy updates
Employee & Visitor Safety
Foster a strong culture of safety awareness and security consciousness across all organizational levels
Train employees on emergency procedures, incident reporting protocols, and security best practices
Manage sensitive situations with professionalism, discretion, and cultural awareness
Ensure a secure environment while maintaining an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere for all stakeholders
Systems & Infrastructure Management
Oversee CCTV systems, access control platforms, and security technology infrastructure
Ensure optimal functionality and timely maintenance of all security equipment and systems
Manage vendor relationships and contractor oversight for security-related services
Monitor and report on security metrics, operational improvements, and technology upgrades
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
Required Experience & Skills
5–8 years of progressive experience in security operations management
Proven leadership experience managing and developing security teams
Strong understanding of Indian security regulations, compliance requirements, and local law enforcement protocols
Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, incident investigation, and emergency response planning
Proficiency with access control systems, CCTV technology, and security management software
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels
Ability to remain calm, composed, and decisive under pressure
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Demonstrated commitment to transparency, integrity, and ethical conduct
Preferred Qualifications
Security certifications or formal training in risk management (e.g., Certified Protection Professional, Security Management certification)
Experience in corporate office environments or large-scale organizational facilities
Knowledge of vendor and contractor management in security services
Experience with security audits and compliance assessments
Familiarity with Indian labor laws and workplace safety regulations
