Job Description:
1. The candidate should be capable of handling Video conferencing devices, the technician involves acting as a first-level support engineer, responsible for troubleshooting and resolving day-to-day technical issues reporting on daily basis.
2. Ensure smooth functioning of audio-visual systems during meetings and events.
Requisite Qualification:
Diploma in Electronics, Audio-Visual Technology or related field, Onsite support experience, Electronics Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Engineering.
Other Specific Skills Required for the Role:
The candidate should be capable of handling Video conferencing devices like Poly, Cisco, MCU, Logitech, Biamp and audio-visual systems for meetings and presentations. The role involves acting as a first-level support engineer, responsible for troubleshooting and resolving day-to-day technical issues.
Requisite Experience : 2 to 3 years
