At AAPNA Infotech, we are looking for a PMO Associate who is passionate about project coordination, reporting, process management, and data-driven decision-making. This role offers hands-on exposure to PMO operations, project governance, business processes, and collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams.
What We’re Looking For
0–2 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, operations, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Good understanding of advanced Excel concepts such as Power Query, Power Pivot, and What-If Analysis.
Understanding of SDLC concepts and development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, verbal, and written communication skills.
Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools and the ability to apply them effectively in day-to-day work.
Key Responsibilities
Support Project Management Office (PMO) activities including project reporting, documentation, process management, and governance.
Prepare reports and dashboards on project progress, resource utilization, compliance, and operational performance.
Track timesheets, contracts, invoices, and commercial activities.
Maintain project artifacts such as project plans, WBS, change requests, and related documentation.
Develop and manage process documentation, templates, knowledge repositories, and best-practice libraries.
Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, and similar solutions to enhance reporting, documentation, data analysis, process automation, and overall PMO efficiency.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of JIRA, MS Project, Power BI, or Tableau.
Familiarity with CMMI, PMP terminology, and project management processes.
