- Oversee and manage all home nursing operations to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Lead, supervise, and support nursing coordinators and field nursing staff.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality standards for home healthcare services.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and resolve complaints or service issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, clinical protocols, and company policies.
- Manage staffing, recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of nursing personnel.
- Coordinate with hospitals, doctors, and healthcare partners to strengthen service delivery.
- Prepare operational reports and analyze service performance for continuous improvement.
- Control budgets, resource allocation, and operational costs to achieve business objectives.
- Drive business growth by enhancing service quality, client relationships, and organizational reputation.
Pay: ₹36,000.00 - ₹57,750.00 per month
