Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound US PPC calls related to Printer Support, Antivirus, Computer Security, and Technical Issues.
- Diagnose customer issues and recommend appropriate paid support plans or software solutions.
- Sell technical support services, antivirus subscriptions, printer troubleshooting packages, and related products.
- Build rapport with customers and effectively close sales while maintaining a high conversion ratio.
- Explain technical issues in simple language to customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
