Qualification: Any bachelor degree with export document course
Experience: Minimum 03 Years
Job Location: Por, Vadodara
· Pre & Post Shipment Export documentation
· Make documents draft and coordinate with customer, Bank, CHA and Forwarder for approval
· Coordinate with CHA for clearance process
· Coordinate with forwarder for AWB, bill of landing instruction draft, BL approval and for vessel updates and cargo status
· Original documents courier to customer
· Maintaining MIS data for Export dispatch and report all invoice
· Coordinate Bank regarding payment confirmation and submit require document.
· Employee Visa
· Arrange logistics and packing of good need to dispatch
· Work related to DGFT and E-BRCn international trade, having the right resources can save time, reduce compliance issues, and help businesses grow globally.
