Operations Coordination
- Coordinate with site supervisors and field staff regarding attendance, manpower deployment, and operational requirements.
- Assist in manpower mobilization for new and existing sites.
- Maintain records of employee deployment, transfers, replacements, and vacancies.
- Follow up on operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain employee files and operational records.
- Assist in collecting and organizing statutory and client-related documents.
- Ensure proper filing and record management.
- Support compliance documentation as required.
Client Support
- Coordinate with clients regarding routine operational requirements.
- Record and track client complaints, requests, and feedback.
- Ensure timely communication between clients and internal teams.
Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and manpower tracking sheets.
- Update operational databases and records accurately.
Administrative Support
- Handle office correspondence, emails, and telephone inquiries.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining office records.
- Support management with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
