Roles and Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience in operating and maintaining milk processing systems such as evaporators, dryers, pasteurizers, separators, bactofuges, and utility units like boilers, compressors, refrigeration, and filtration systems.
- Proficient in preventive and predictive maintenance, RCA, CAPA, and performance metrics like MTBF and MTTR, supported by advanced monitoring tools to ensure plant uptime and reliability.
- Experienced in developing maintenance budgets, improving energy efficiency, and implementing cost-saving initiatives while achieving productivity and OEE targets.
- Strong capability to lead teams of 100+, identify training needs, conduct performance appraisals, and foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Applies analytical thinking to enhance maintenance and energy management systems, with exposure to AI/ML-based applications and Energy Management Systems (EMS).
- Experienced in managing projects and coordinating with government and regulatory bodies like MSEB, boiler and electrical inspectors, and local authorities to ensure operational compliance.
