Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Monitoring: Develop project timelines, milestones, and maintain trackers.
Site Coordination: Oversee site surveys, shadow analysis, and supervise on-site installations.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, maintain project documentation, and manage BoMs (Bill of Materials).
Logistics & Supplies: Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to sites.
Approval Facilitation: Liaise with government authorities, DISCOMs, and clients to secure required permits.
Quality & Safety Control: Ensure installations meet safety and quality guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of solar PV systems and installation processes.
Software Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel), project management software (e.g., MS Project), and scheduling tools.
Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for coordinating with diverse teams, including contractors and clients.
Education: Typically a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or relevant experience in renewable energy.
