The candidate will assist in coordinating site activities, monitoring work progress, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a safe working environment. Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in planning and coordinating construction work according to project timelines.
- Monitor labor productivity and site performance.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for timely completion of tasks.
- Inspect work quality and report any deviations or issues.
- Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and material consumption reports.
- Ensure availability of required materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
- Enforce safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.
- Escalate project delays, quality concerns, or operational issues to senior management.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of construction practices and site operations.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel when required.
