Job description - Business Development Executive
As a Business Development Fresher, you will be responsible for supporting the business development team in various activities aimed at driving growth and expanding our client base.
Roles and Responsibilities-
- Maintaining and developing relationships with new & existing clients.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Develop a clear understanding of the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives and plan an appropriate approach/pitch.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organisations and individuals to find new opportunities through various portals and means
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Job bidding on different govt / non govt portals including getting leads from job portals
- Targeting LinkedIn and other possible platforms for generating leads.
Qualification & Requirements:
- Client Acquisition
- B2B profile
- customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Proficiency in English in written and spoken English is a must
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills(must)
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- MBA in marketing, sales, or a relevant field
