- Grievance Redressal: Act as the primary point of contact to listen to patient concerns, handle complaints, and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Patient Navigation: Assist patients and their families with hospital admission, discharge procedures, and facility navigation.
- Information Support: Communicate hospital policies, billing transparently, patient rights, and treatment expectations to families.
- Brand Image: Build and protect the hospital’s brand reputation and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Media Liaison: Draft press releases, arrange press conferences, and act as the official point of contact for journalists and media houses.
- Crisis Communication: Manage communication and public perception effectively during medical crises or sensitive situations.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
