Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business applications.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to minimize downtime.
- Document and communicate technical findings and resolutions to relevant stakeholders.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Experience with cloud-based human capital management systems and their integration.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple support requests effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with technical teams and business users.
- Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution processes.
