Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have experience hiring Digital Marketing professionals and be capable of sourcing quality candidates through various job portals and professional networks.
This role is initially offered on a contract basis with the opportunity to become a permanent position based on business requirements and performance.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Digital Marketing positions.
- Hire for roles such as: Digital Marketing Manager, PPC Expert, and SEO Executive
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with the hiring team.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Ensure a smooth and professional hiring process.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Recruitment.
- Experience hiring Digital Marketing professionals is mandatory.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Own laptop/desktop and a stable high-speed Wi-Fi/internet connection are mandatory.
Preferred
- Experience hiring for Digital Marketing agencies or eCommerce companies.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
